Arsenal Bank Lofts

10,000sf mixed use historic renovation with 5 lofts & 1 restaurant spaces, Lawrenceville, Pittsburgh

Description

Developed & constructed five apartments over retail. Built in 1873 as the Arsenal Bank, Lawrenceville’s largest bank at the time. Most of the historic elements were untouched including historic ceilings & flooring. Botero painstakingly removed the historic elements, updated all of the building systems, converted the layout from office to apartments, then put all of the historic elements back together. The Arsenal Bank lofts contain some of the most beautiful apartments in Pittsburgh. The retail is currently occupied by Condado Tacos Lawrenceville.
